Thunderpick reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm player eligibility. The KYC process includes full identity verification, proof of residential address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Player Responsibilities

6 Betting Rules

Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. Bets placed on matches that are cancelled, postponed, or subject to significant format changes will be fully refunded to the player's account balance. For esports matches, the official result declared by the event organiser is final.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Thunderpick reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the required verification process. For accounts closed due to a terms violation, Thunderpick reserves the right to forfeit the balance, including any related bonuses and winnings, without compensation.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, thunderpick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Thunderpick's maximum liability to any player in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Terms Amendment

Thunderpick reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice under certain circumstances. However, for material changes that significantly affect player rights, thunderpick will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via in-platform notifications or registered email.

11 Applicable Law
